DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Undergraduate student interns will assist with jury records, observe and participate in jury selection during criminal trials, conduct post-trial interviews with jurors, write post-trial interview reports and assist with case specific projects.
HOURS:
The minimum number of hours per week will depend on the student's internship course requirement, usually 10-15 hours per week. This is an unpaid, credit only internship.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants should be mature, self starters with the ability to work independently. Interviewing, report writing and word processing skills are required.
HOW TO APPLY:
Submit a letter of interest, writing sample and class schedule for the semester you wish to complete the internship to Lee Ann Hudson.
DEADLINE:
Open until filled each school semester throughout the year.
